Due to the nature of research-use materials, all sales are final once shipped unless the item received is incorrect, defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or otherwise approved by Biotech Labz Supply in writing.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact Support@biotechlabzsupply.com within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number, product name, batch/lot number, delivery date and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Returns must be approved in advance. Approved returns must be unopened, unused, in original condition and returned according to the instructions provided by Biotech Labz Supply.
Items may not be eligible for return if they are opened, used, altered, stored improperly, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, or returned without written approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Biotech Labz Supply. Customers may be responsible for approved return shipping unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
